Calacatta is a natural stone which is white and gray irregular patterned in color and is organic.
Calacatta has a very smooth and glossy surface, which makes it easy to clean. This stone is also known as Marble because of its resemblance to marble in texture and color. Calacatta is the type of marble which is used for centuries in many countries.
Calacatta is an Italian word which means “horned” in English. This refers to the irregular surface pattern on the surface of the marble, which resembles a horned animal’s head. They grow over time and become larger as they age.
The color of this marble varies from white to tan or brown depending on how much iron has been present during production; however, it can also be stained due to natural minerals in water used for cleaning or polishing it after being quarried from underground sources (such as rivers).
It is incredibly soft to the touch and has been used for centuries as a material for sculptures, vases, and other decorative objects. The veins add to the overall appearance of the stone and make it look even more amazing
